Privacy Policy

Last updated September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CREAON Systems Inc. (“Creaon,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Creaon. By using Creaon, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information you provide

When you create an account and use Creaon, you give us information directly, including:

  • Account information — such as your name, email address, and the credentials used to sign in.
  • Profile and brand information — details you add about yourself and your personal brand, such as your positioning, headline, niche, and voice and tone.
  • Content you create or upload — drafts, ideas, notes, briefs, and other material you produce or import while using Creaon.
  • Audience and brand context — descriptions of your audience, content pillars, goals, and related information you enter to make Creaon’s recommendations specific to you.
  • Preferences and settings — such as timezone, notification choices, and other configuration.

2. Information collected automatically

When you use Creaon, we and our infrastructure providers automatically receive some technical information:

  • Basic device and browser information — such as browser type, operating system, and general device characteristics.
  • Usage and activity information — such as pages viewed, features used, and actions taken within the product.
  • Diagnostic information — such as error and performance data used to keep the service working, where applicable.
  • Cookies and similar technologiesCreaon uses cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep you signed in. We do not use them for advertising.

3. Connected social accounts

Creaon lets you connect supported platforms — such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Twitch, and Spotify — so it can bring your content, audience, and performance information into one place. Availability of any individual integration, and of publishing to it, may vary.

When you connect a platform, you authorize the connection through that platform’s own sign-in and permission screen. Creaon only accesses the information that platform makes available for the permissions you grant. We do not receive your password for the connected platform.

For platforms that support it, connecting also lets you publish or schedule content directly from Creaon — for example, posting text, images, or video. When you do this, the content and details you provide (such as a caption or title) are sent to that platform on your behalf.

You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from the Connected Accounts screen in Creaon. Disconnecting stops further access and removes the stored authorization for that platform.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Creaon;
  • Personalize brand and content recommendations to your goals and context;
  • Generate AI-assisted content, drafts, and insights you request;
  • Publish or schedule content to a connected platform at your request;
  • Analyze creator performance using the data you provide or connect;
  • Improve the reliability, quality, and security of the service;
  • Communicate with you about your account, important changes, and support requests.

5. AI processing

Some features rely on artificial intelligence. To provide the features you request, information you submit — such as your brand context and content — may be processed by AI systems, including AI services operated by third parties on our behalf. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you remain responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers — companies that host our infrastructure, store data, send email, or provide AI processing, acting on our instructions to help operate Creaon.
  • Connected platforms — when you explicitly connect an account or ask Creaon to take an action on a platform, the information needed for that action is shared with that platform.
  • Legal and safety reasons — when we believe disclosure is required by law, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the public, or CREAON Systems Inc. itself.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Data storage and security

Creaon necessarily stores your account information and the creator data you add so the service can work. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect that information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Creaon, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete it or remove its association with you.

9. Your choices and account deletion

You can:

  • Review and update your profile, brand information, and settings within Creaon;
  • Disconnect any connected platform at any time from the Connected Accounts screen;
  • Adjust your notification preferences in Settings.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at legal@creaon.com. We will process the request in accordance with applicable law. Some information may be retained where we are permitted or required to keep it.

10. Third-party services

Connected platforms and other external services you interact with through Creaon are operated by third parties and governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them. This policy does not apply to those third parties.

11. Children's privacy

Creaon is intended for professional and creative use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@creaon.com so we can take appropriate action.

12. International data transfers

CREAON Systems Inc. and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we take steps intended to ensure your information continues to be protected when it is transferred.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Creaon after an update means you accept the revised policy.
