Refund Policy
Last updated September 15, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Creaon’s paid subscription plans, and how to reach us if something doesn’t look right on your bill. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. What Creaon sells
Creaon is a subscription software product — an Intelligence OS for creators that helps you build your Brand Brain, draft content in your own voice, plan and publish across connected platforms, and turn analytics into next actions. Creaon offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Studio plans; current pricing, included capabilities, and monthly limits are shown on the Pricing page. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for the paid plans.
2. Billing frequency and renewal
Paid Creaon plans are subscriptions billed in advance for the billing period you choose — monthly, or annually at a discount. Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the plan price then in effect for the next period. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, Creaon’s payment provider and, where applicable, the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle handles payment collection and any applicable tax at checkout. This policy describes how billing, cancellation, and refunds work on your paid subscription.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings inside Creaon, or by contacting us at dzormenyoanthony@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not end your current paid period early.
After you cancel, you keep access to your plan’s paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. At the end of that period, your account moves to the Free plan rather than being deleted.
4. What happens to your data after cancellation
Cancelling a subscription or moving to the Free plan does not delete your work. Specifically:
- Your Brand Brain, Brand Identity, Voice & Tone, and Audience information are kept.
- Your drafts, ideas, calendar history, and Content Library are kept.
- Your connected accounts remain connected unless you disconnect them yourself.
- Your analytics and usage history are kept.
- Going forward, new actions are subject to the Free plan’s limits shown on the Pricing page — for example, a lower monthly AI-generation and automatic-publish allowance and a single connected account.
5. Refund eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for time already used in a billing period — for example, cancelling partway through a month does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remainder of that month, and you keep access until the period ends instead.
We will consider a refund, in whole or in part, in circumstances such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same billing period (a duplicate charge).
- You were charged after successfully cancelling before renewal.
- A charge on your account was not authorized by you or another authorized user of the account.
- A verified, sustained technical problem with Creaon prevented you from using the plan you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
Each request is reviewed individually against the circumstances above and the information available to us. Requesting a refund does not guarantee one will be issued.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at dzormenyoanthony@gmail.com with:
- the email address on your Creaon account,
- the approximate date and amount of the charge,
- and a short description of why you’re requesting a refund.
We may ask follow-up questions to verify the account and the charge before making a decision.
7. How refund requests are reviewed
A member of the CREAON Systems Inc. team reviews each refund request against this policy and the account and billing information available to us. We aim to respond to refund requests promptly. If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and let you know once it has been issued.
8. When refunds may not be available
A refund is typically not available where, for example:
- The billing period in question has already substantially elapsed and the plan was accessible and usable.
- The request is based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, creative results, or growth outcomes — Creaon does not guarantee any particular content quality, audience growth, or business result.
- The account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- The same charge has already been refunded once.
9. Accidental purchases and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged by mistake — for example, you meant to stay on the Free plan, upgraded to the wrong plan, or were billed twice for the same period — contact dzormenyoanthony@gmail.com as soon as you notice. Genuine duplicate charges for the same billing period are corrected.
12. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the charge. Depending on your bank or card issuer, a refund can take several business days to appear on your statement after it is issued on our side.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time — for example, as paid billing becomes fully available. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If you have a pending refund request when this policy changes, the version in effect when you were charged will apply to that request.
14. Contact us
