AI Brand Strategist
A conversational strategy interface grounded in your real Brand Brain, Voice & Tone, Audience, content, and performance — not a generic chatbot.
What it is
The AI Brand Strategist is a chat interface purpose-built to be a strategic-intelligence layer, not a social-media content generator. It's explicitly instructed to diagnose, explain, and recommend — and to leave writing publishable posts to Content Studio — unless you ask it directly to draft something.
Conversations are saved: you can return to a past session or start a new one, and each session keeps its own message history.
What you can ask it
It's designed for strategic questions about your brand and performance — what to post next, why something isn't landing, which content pillar to lean into, how to grow a specific platform — rather than open-ended general chat.
How it answers
Every answer is structured into three labelled parts: WHY (the underlying reasoning), WHAT (the recommendation), and NEXT (one concrete next step) — rendered as plain text, not Markdown.
It's instructed to write in your saved Voice & Tone, respect your forbidden lexicon, prefer real analytics over guesses, and never invent performance numbers.
What context it uses
Before answering, it assembles the same real creator context described in Using Your Brand Intelligence with AI — your Brand Brain, Brand Identity, Voice & Tone, primary Audience persona, content pillars, your recent content, your connected platforms, and real performance from the last 30 days. A thinner setup means a thinner, more generic-sounding answer; the Strategist tells you what's missing rather than inventing detail to fill the gap.
Current limitations
The Strategist requires an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) configured on the account. Without one, asking a question returns a clear message telling you so — it never fabricates a response.
It deliberately avoids writing publishable content (captions, scripts, posts) unless you explicitly ask for it — that's by design, not a missing feature; Content Studio is where drafting happens.
