Growth Insights
AI-generated, qualitative recommendations grounded in your Brand Brain and real performance — not a predictive analytics engine, and not the same thing as your raw analytics.
Raw analytics vs. Growth Insights
Analytics & Performance and Platform Analytics show you real numbers, captured directly from your platforms. Growth Insights is different: it's an AI feature that reads those numbers alongside your Brand Intelligence and turns them into written recommendations. One is data; the other is an interpretation of that data — keep that distinction in mind when reading an insight.
Generating insights
Insights aren't produced automatically in the background — you generate a batch (2–4 at a time) with a button on the Growth Insights screen, and it requires an AI provider configured on the account, same as every other AI feature. Once generated, insights are saved as real records; reopening the screen shows what you already have rather than regenerating it fresh each time.
What goes into an insight
Generating insights draws on:
- Your full Brand Intelligence context — Brand Brain, Brand Identity, Voice & Tone, and your primary Audience persona (the same assembly described in Using Your Brand Intelligence with AI).
- Your 15 most recently updated content items, with status, platform, and retention score where available.
- Your last 30 days of real performance, when any platform has data — followers, follower change, and impressions. Without connected platforms or captured metrics, this part is simply thin rather than fabricated.
Set up your Brand Brain before generating insights — Creaon won't generate ungrounded ones and tells you directly if it's missing.
What you actually get
Each insight is a short, structured recommendation with five parts:
- Category — growth, brand, content, audience, or risk.
- Title — a short headline for the recommendation.
- Why — the reasoning behind it.
- What — the recommendation itself.
- Next action — one concrete, specific step.
Impact is shown as Low, Medium, or High — a categorical judgment call, not a numeric score, forecast, or percentage.
Growth Insights doesn't predict future performance, benchmark you against other creators, or calculate statistical attribution between actions and results. It's a qualitative recommendation engine grounded in your real, current data — nothing here is a forecast.
Acting on an insight
Each insight starts as New. You can mark it Acknowledged, Actioned, or Dismissed as you work through it — dismissed insights drop out of the list rather than being deleted outright.
When AI isn't configured
The Generate button is visibly disabled with an explanation rather than hidden. Nothing about Growth Insights works — including regenerating an existing set — until an AI provider is configured on the account.
