Getting Started
The practical first-use path through Creaon, and what's required versus recommended.
What's actually required
Only two things are required to use Creaon: an account, and signing in. Every other screen — Brand Brain, Voice & Tone, Audience, connected platforms — is optional and degrades gracefully when it's empty. Nothing blocks you from reaching the dashboard, Content Studio, or any other screen before you've filled those in.
Everything past this point is recommended, not enforced. Creaon doesn't force you through a mandatory setup wizard — the guided setup below is there if you want it, and you can skip straight to any screen instead.
The guided setup (recommended)
New accounts land in a short guided setup with four steps: your workspace name and creator focus, a little about you, your brand foundation (niche and audience), and your content topics. It writes directly into the same tables the full Brand Brain, Audience, and Content Pillars screens use — it's a faster first pass, not a separate demo mode.
You can leave any step blank and continue; the setup doesn't require complete answers before letting you move on.
A practical first session
If you'd rather set things up directly instead of through the guided flow, this order gets you the most out of Creaon fastest:
- Set up Brand Brain first — niche and a positioning statement are the only two required fields, and everything else reads from this.
- Define Voice & Tone — even just the four tone dials — so AI-generated content sounds like you.
- Describe your Audience — one primary persona is enough to start.
- Draft one piece in Content Studio to see the brand grounding in action.
- Connect one platform under Connected Accounts so real performance data has somewhere to come from.
Exploring at your own pace
New accounts also see an in-app Product Tour the first time they reach the dashboard — a short, anchored walkthrough of the real navigation, not a separate tutorial environment. You can skip it and reopen it later from Settings.
This Help Center is here whenever you need it, independent of both the guided setup and the Product Tour — it doesn't track progress or require you to be signed in.
