Content Library
A searchable repository of every content item — drafts, scheduled, published, and repurposed — in one place.
What the Library contains
Every content item you've created lands in the Library, regardless of its stage — a half-written draft, something scheduled or published, or a piece repurposed from another. It's the same underlying records as Content Studio and the Calendar, just viewed as a whole collection instead of one piece at a time.
The overview metrics
- Total Assets — every content item, and how many are published.
- Avg. Retention — a real average across items that have a retention score from synced performance data; blank until that data exists.
- Repurposed Assets — items created from a parent piece via Content Studio's repurpose tool.
- Top Pillar — whichever content pillar has the most assets.
Retention here comes from the same synced performance data behind Analytics & Performance and Platform Analytics — the Library just surfaces it per item. An item with no captured metrics yet shows a blank, not a zero.
Search and filter
The Library has a real search box (title, topic, or platform) plus three independent filters — content pillar, score tier, and status — that combine with the search query and with each other.
Editing and removing content
Opening an item from the Library takes you back into Content Studio to edit it. Deletion works from the Library on an item in any status, including one still linked to a scheduled or already-published Calendar slot — deleting it there doesn't cancel or unpublish that slot, it just removes the Library's own record. Items can be deleted individually or as a multi-select batch.
Relationship to Content Studio and the Calendar
The Library doesn't have its own separate editing surface or its own scheduling — it's a view over the same content items Content Studio creates and the same ones the Calendar schedules. Think of it as the index; Content Studio and the Calendar are where the underlying work actually happens.
