Content Ideas
A backlog of concepts — captured by hand or generated in a batch from your Brand Brain — that become real drafts in Content Studio.
What Content Ideas is for
Content Ideas is a backlog: a list of concepts you haven't drafted yet, each optionally scored against your brand. It sits upstream of Content Studio — an idea isn't a draft until you promote it.
Capturing and generating ideas
You can capture an idea manually at any time — a title, an optional concept, channel, and hook. Generating a batch with AI requires a Brand Brain set up first; without one, Creaon tells you to set it up rather than generating ungrounded ideas.
Each AI-generated idea comes with the model's own 0–100 rating of how well it fits your content pillars and audience — that's the "Brain Alignment" figure shown on each idea and averaged into the "Mean Brain Alignment" metric at the top of the screen. It's the AI's own assessment, not a separately computed statistic.
Statuses
- New — just captured or generated, not yet acted on.
- Bookmarked (saved) — kept for later.
- In Studio — promoted to a real draft in Content Studio.
- Dismissed — hidden from the backlog.
How an idea becomes a draft
Choosing "Create in Studio" on an idea creates a real content item — copying its title, pillar, platform, format, hook, and concept as the starting body — marks the idea In Studio, and opens it directly in Content Studio. From there it's an ordinary draft: edit it, run AI tools on it, and schedule it like anything else.
An idea isn't measured — there's nothing to track until it becomes a real, published post. Once that happens, its actual performance shows up in Analytics & Performance, and Growth Insights can draw on it when generating a future recommendation.
Filtering and sorting
The backlog can be filtered by platform (channel) and by content pillar, and sorted by most recent, by Brain Alignment, or alphabetically by title.
Relationship to Brand Brain and Audience
AI-generated ideas are asked to map to one of your actual content pillars and address a real audience problem — both read from Brand Brain and your primary Audience persona at generation time, not invented independently.
